KERAFIX® Flexpan 200 NG-G

KERAFIX^® Flexpan 200 NG-G is an intumescent material that is particularly suitable for use in fire protection doors made from steel, aluminium and wood. It is also ideal for facades, safety storage cabinets, control cabinets and various dry lining applications. The material is based on halogen-free, foaming expandable graphite and has a bulk density of 1200 kg/m³. KERAFIX^® Flexpan 200 NG-G starts to react from a temperature of around 200 °C, at which point it expands significantly to form an isolating barrier. It has an expansion rate of 15 to 27, thermal conductivity of 0.294 W/(m×K) and an expansion pressure of 0.50 to 1.0 N/mm². The material is largely insensitive to moisture and is available in a number of different variants and dimensions.
