KERAFIX® Flexpan 200

KERAFIX^® Flexpan 200 is a high-quality, intumescent material based on expandable graphite. It has been developed to meet the highest standards of fire protection.
A feature of the material is its ability to form a stable, pressurised foam body when exposed to heat, providing an effective barrier against fire and smoke.
The material begins to react at around 170 °C, at which point it expands to 32 times its original volume.
With a density of approx. 1100 kg/m³, KERAFIX^® Flexpan 200 is highly robust and durable.
It is used in a wide range of construction applications, including fire protection doors made from steel and aluminium, facades and safety storage cabinets, as well as in dry lining applications such as inspection flaps or partition wall and ceiling structures.
